Ingredients
- 55g flank steak
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/2 tbsp finely diced cornichons
- 1/2 tbsp Lilliput capers
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
- 2 pinch Maldon sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1
Gather all ingredients.
Step 2
Finely dice the steak, shallots, cornichons, and herbs.
Step 3
Mix everything in a small bowl.
Step 4
Serve with horseradish creme and potato crisps.
