Ingredients

  • 55g flank steak
  • 1 tbsp chopped shallots
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tbsp finely diced cornichons
  • 1/2 tbsp Lilliput capers
  • 1 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 2 pinch Maldon sea salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

Step 1

Gather all ingredients.

Step 2

Finely dice the steak, shallots, cornichons, and herbs.

Step 3

Mix everything in a small bowl.

Step 4

Serve with horseradish creme and potato crisps.
