Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced Diamantina streaky beef rashers
  • 1 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 3 anchovy fillets (optional)

  • 2 heads baby cos lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 2 slices sourdough bread, cut into cubes
